This Spring, I’ve had a major crush on all things metallic. I’ve always been a lover of all things gold and shiny but not usually on my feet. But something about these metallic sandals this season has gotten me all giddy and basically ready to fill my entire wardrobe with dainty metallic sandals. With that being said, I wanted to share with you guys 5 metallic sandals I’m obsessed with this Spring!
Top | Pants | Purse (similar) | Shoes So Fall is officially here in Toronto and, as of now, I’m okay with it! I am honestly a Summer girl through and through. But, I definitely enjoy the crisp Fall air, the PSL (duh), and fall tones and colors. This Fall, I’ve decided to come out of my fashion comfort zone and try some new styles. The first new style that I am LOVING is the culotte pant. They are incredibly chic, super easy to style and so versatile! And, of course, I had to opt for white. Cause I am not about the no white after labor day, like why?! If you’re looking for a really chic pant for Fall, whether for work or play, definitely try the culotte pant. I think they’re so cute with a pair of heels, booties or even some pointy flats! Or maybe my style is changing? All I know is I’ve been living in effortless and casual looks! A recent fave of mine is the oversized shirt. It’s so loose and comfy. Plus, it’s been keeping me SO cool in this super hot weather. I’m also a huge fan of the half tuck. So chic. And, if you guy’s haven’t noticed, I’ve been SO into colors too. Dress | Shoes | Earrings (similar) Happy Humpday! Is this Summer blowing by for you guys?! I can’t believe we’re already in mid-July! This Summer totally needs to sloooooow the heck down! Maybe it’s because Qais and I have been getting ready for our move to the city! 🙂 We are SO excited to renovate and decorate. And I’m super excited to share the process with you guys! It’s gonna be fun to live it and blog about it!! It’s been so humid in Toronto so I’ve been living in shorts every day. Which is weird for me since I’ve never been a huge shorts person! But I just snagged this chambray dress at Zara and I wore it 3 times last week! For real, lol. I’m totally obsessed with how flattering it is. AND it’s so lightweight, which is perfect for this weather! So basically, you need this dress. It’s so cute for basically anything! It’s been one of those weeks that are blowing by and I feel like I’m not accomplishing anything, which is the worst! Hopefully, I can get back on track with all my work, getting my house ready to sell and getting pre-approved for a mortgage (which is more work then I remember, lol). Anyways, back to all things fashion, I’ve been LOVING Zara this season. Like, I’ve always been a huge fan of Zara. But DANG they are really killing it this season. I literally can’t get over their collection this season. And, this is no joke, I’ve gone to Zara once a week for the past 4 weeks. Which is excessive, I know, but SO necessary with their on-point pieces! Both my crochet top and trousers are from Zara. The top is just perfect for hot Summer days. Top (love this one here) | Shorts | Shoes | Purse | Hat Guys, I have been SO into shorts this season it’s weird. I’ve never been huge into shorts, but this Spring I’ve been grabbing to wear them almost every day! I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been finding a few pairs that I LOVE. Or if my style is changing. But I am obsessed! I’ve been looking for the perfect pair of white shorts for Summer that was high waisted and comfy. These ones fit the bill and the budget (under $40). Zara has some really amazing pieces this season and my wardrobe is basically 99% Zara. So I’m warning you guys, you’re going to see A LOT of Zara this Summer, lol! I really haven’t been talking too much about my personal life on the blog or Instagram lately. And for no particular reason. I am such a private person that when I think about writing a blog post, I don’t think about including personal details. But, I’m really going to try and keep you guys in the loop of my life! I am LOVING every second so it can stay forever, basically. With warm temps comes the cutest wardrobe essentials. And here are a few pieces I can’t stop wearing this Spring… 3 Spring Pieces I Can’t Stop Wearing: 1. Linen Button Up’s Button up blouses and tops are all the rage this season and I’m all about it! Unlike the classic button-up shirt. This Spring, button up’s have made a return with big contrasting buttons. Frilly sleeves and lightweight material perfect for Spring and Summer. I am all about this trend for its comfort and it’s effortless look. I love wearing my button-up from Zara for meeting’s tucked in jeans. And for a Summer evening out with my hubs tucked into a skirt. It’s really SO versatile and I literally can’t stop wearing it this Spring! 2. Denim Skirts Once again, the classic denim skirt has graced us with her presence! Zara is killing the game (as usual) and this babydoll romper is a definite must-have in my books! Firstly, does this romper not look like the cutest baby doll dress? And the thing is. It IS a baby doll dress. And it IS a romper too! Major score in my books! I can sit, run, climb (lol jk) and basically do whatever without worrying about my mini dress blowing up.
