4 Easy Tips You Need to Shop at Shein

Or others who would love to shop at Shein but are overwhelmed with it! I, personally, have been shopping at Shein since it was Sheinside and before I started blogging! I honestly have had more luck with Shein than not. But, I do know a lot of people who struggle with finding the right pieces and sizes. Since I tend to be an avid Shein customer, I thought I would share the 4 easy tips I use when I buy at Shein. You can also use these tips for any other retailer too. As they are just good rules of thumb to stick buy when online shopping! 4 Easy Tips You Need to Shop at Shein: 1. Know your measurements! It always shocks me when people don’t know their measurements when they shop online! First things first, no matter what online retailer you’re shopping with you need to know your measurements. It’s fast and easy to do. Measure your hips, waist, bust and write it down on a piece of paper near your computer. Or save it on your phone! Top 5 Jumpsuits for Summer!

Jumpsuit: Shein (only $25!) | Purse: H&M | Sunglasses: Aldo (similar) | Shoes: Charlotte Russe (similar) Happy Hump Day! The weather is finally starting to get warm here in Toronto which makes me think of a lightweight and versatile wardrobe. I absolutely love the heat and I love dressing for the heat even more. I am totally not a layering girl so thinking of warm rays against my skin gets me so giddy, lol! One of my favourite Summer pieces is the jumpsuit. It’s one and done and always a good idea! I’ve been curious about trying a jumpsuit but wasn’t sure if it would flatter my body shape. And I wasn’t sure if I’d like pants at the bottom. I’ve been seeing them everywhere on Instagram so I really wanted to give it a try. I decided to play it safe and stick with black with pleats for some added chicness. I have to say I love, love, love this jumpsuit and it’s just so cozy and easy! It literally feels like I’m wearing my pj’s lol! Insta-Post: My Favourite Dress for Spring (under $30!)

Dress: SheIn c/o | Shoes: Charlotte Russe | Purse: Le Chateau It’s finally Friday and I’ve decided to try a new post type on the blog today! Most of my outfit shots for my blog are shot usually before or after I wear a particular outfit that I love and decide I want it to be on the blog. And my #ootd shots for Instagram are snapped based on the day and what I’m wearing, but I don’t usually do a blog post with my daily outfit shots. But, I wore this cute little number last week for dinner, when the temps were slightly higher, and quickly snapped some shots while wearing it. I fully intended to do a actual shoot with this dress and post those on here and these on Instagram. Truthfully I actually liked how much more organic these pictures turned out and decided a few times a month I’m going to do a “insta-post”, which will be a outfit shot that was taken at the time I actually wore the outfit! The quality definitely isn’t as good as a DSLR but I feel like it’s a nice change up for the usual posts. Honestly, this dress is SO versatile and can definitely be worn to a baby shower, guest of wedding, out for date night and dressed down with flats or sandals for a day in the sun! Instagram Round-Up

Jacket: Shein This checkered coat is so amazing! I’ll be doing a blog post on it next week but if you want to snag it now, do it! Fit wise, it is true to size. I usually wear a small in jackets when I want it to be fitted. If you are looking to layer underneath, then definitely size up! If your completely unsure measure your shoulder length (that’s what I do shopping online). I’m obsessed with it and I honestly pleasantly surprised with the quality. I’ll be doing a more in-depth review about it in next weeks post! (PS.. it comes in red checkered too).
