If you were to ask me what I’d recommend for Holiday dress this season I would hands down say a velvet dress. Velvet is seriously huge this season. And if you haven’t added a velvet piece to your closet then, trust me, you need to add a velvet dress! They come in so many styles and colours. And they look so chic with booties or a pair of heels. I actually asked my Instagram fam to vote between this dress and another for a wedding I was going to. I wore it last weekend with a pair of black pumps and out for date night with these booties. Velvet is the perfect option for basically any holiday party, date or Christmas card photos. I just can’t get enough! Oh and this one is a huge winner for me since it has long sleeves! I always love long sleeves for Fall and Winter dresses. Plus, it’s so warm and cozy! So this dress is a huge win in my books.

I love this dress!! Velvet has been my favorite this season as well! I have seen some velvet combat boots that I am obsessed with! But I’m afraid they may mess up since it’s snowing here in Chicago!
