Happy Friday! This has been one heck of a long week for me. I am so glad it’s finally wrapping up and I’m excited for the next few weeks ahead! Qais and I are putting our house up on the market and downsizing to a condo. We are so excited to be entering into a new season in our life. And we are really looking forward to being close to the city! We’ve lived in suburbia for the past two years and have been talking about moving closer to the city. We just haven’t made the plunge until now!! So pray for us that our house will sell quickly and that we’ll find a pet-friendly condo in the city!
Anyways, that’s just a quick update on our life so far! But today’s post is all about my favorite ruffle dresses for the Summer season. I love to have a few cocktail dresses in my wardrobe for any fun Summer parties, weddings and for fancier dinners out. Right now I am really feeling statement dresses and I am in particular loving ruffles! As you probably know, ruffles have made a pretty big comeback this season and you can find them on almost everything! I think ruffles are the perfect girly and flirty accent to really give any piece a fun and bold twist. Just like these sleeves on my dress from Boohoo (which is under $40, by the way!!).
