Currently Crushing On: Tularosa Label

Cardigan | Skirt | Bodysuit | Boots | Choker | Necklace | Purse | Sunglasses Happy Monday loves! I’ve recently fallen in love with a brand and I can’t get enough! It’s been a long while since I’ve found a label that I’ve fallen head over heels for. But, that dry spell is done and I have been CRUSHING on Tularosa. If you’ve never heard of Tularosa before, you can thank me later, lol! Tularosa is a vintage-inspired collection with a lot of textures, embroidery and just really well-made pieces. Their sweaters are fantastic and are SO warm and cozy. This pink cardi has been a style staple of mine all Winter long. I’ve worn it with jeans, shorts, dresses and travelling. And even though all it’s wear, it’s hasn’t pilled or had any signs of heavy use! The skirt I’m wearing is also Tularosa and is SO good! I haven’t been into really girly and fun pieces for a while. But when I saw this skirt I knew I needed it for Spring/Summer. It just reminds me of palm trees and warm weather. Which are two things Toronto definitely doesn’t have, lol! If you love quality pieces, that are fun, well made and staples for your closet. Check out Tularosa HERE. SO many good pieces you’ll love. I pinky promise! Thanks to Revolve for collaborating with me on this post! xo Lauren

5 Must Have Jeans for Spring

Top c/o | Jeans c/o | Shoes c/o | Purse Happy Wednesday! Guys, I don’t know what it is, but this year I’ve been really into jeans. Maybe it’s because I’ve had the opportunity to wear really amazing jeans lately. And because of that, I’ve fallen in love with jeans! I’ve never been one to ever spend on jeans. I always kept my jean budget $50 and under and was convinced I could find a great pair of jeans at that price. And honestly, I found a few pairs here and there that were great. But overall, jeans are something you should invest in. Especially if you’re planning on wearing them over and over again! Nothing is better than a good pair of well-fitting jeans that can last through many washes and multiple wears! So that being said, here are my top 5 must-have jeans for Spring! And trust me these are worth the splurge! 5 Must Have Jeans for Spring: GRLFRND DENIM (these babies are my most worn, best fitting and the jean I would recommend most) BDG JEANS (under $100 and great quality!) Currently Crushing on: GRLFRND Jeans

Jeans | Cardigan | Bodysuit | Boots (similar) | Purse   I haven’t done a currently crushing blog post in a long while and it’s definitely overdue! Especially with these GRLFRND jeans! OMG! I am obsessed. Like I would totally wear these every single day if I could! If you’ve been following me for awhile you may know that I never was a jeans girl. I could never find a pair that flattered my legs. And I could never find a pair that would hold it’s shape and look good after months of owning them. So if you are anything like I were then you need to read this post! Okay so, I’ll be honest. GRLFRND jeans may be a bit a splurge. They are a major splurge for me! I honestly don’t spend over $60 on jeans. But, you honestly do get what you pay for when it come’s to jeans. So the question is… are these couple hundred dollar jeans worth it? Yes! If you’re looking to get many, many, many wears out of jeans then these are for you! If you’re looking for jeans that will hold their shape and are available in different styles and colours to flatter your legs. Then these babies are for you! Done deal. And I’ll be super transparent too. I was gifted these jeans from Revolve. And have always wanted to buy GRLFRND jeans but couldn’t honestly justify buying them before! But I will say I would definitely save my money…

My 5 Most Worn Pieces for Winter (you might wanna snag these!)

Jacket (c/o) | Top | Cardigan | Jeans (on sale!) | Belt | Boots (similar) | Purse (on sale!) | Beanie (similar) Fashion bloggers are notoriously known for wearing clothes once and then frivolously replacing them with something new! While being a Fashion Blogger does entail a new wardrobe quite often. The truth is most bloggers #offduty most do tend to repeat on the regular. Well, I can’t speak for every fashion blogger, but I re-wear multiple pieces and outfits multiple times throughout the week! To be honest, even when I’m gifted an item I make sure it’s something practical for me and versatile enough to wear over and over. I don’t see any point in having pieces you wear once and then give away. And trust me, when I first starting blogging I had LOTS of those pieces. It bothered me how little I wore them. So, this season in particular, I decided to invest and choose pieces I knew I’d wear non-stop! So that being said, here are my top 5 worn pieces from this Winter season! My 5 Most Worn Pieces for Winter: Tularosa Coat (c/o) Aldo Sock Booties H&M Belt Aldo Satchel Purse (on sale!) H&M Vintage Jeans (on sale!) xo Lauren

Holiday + Winter Ready with Fashion Outlets Niagara Falls, USA

It’s that time of year again to start planning your Holiday shopping and to do’s! I am an avid early Christmas shopper and absolutely love the experience of going out to buy gifts. Getting into the Christmas spirit for me starts with shopping for my loved ones, and I LOVE to go into stores and shop! Since Qais and I headed down to the outlets of Niagara Falls, USA we decided to cross some Christmas shopping and Winter must have’s off our list. I mean, with up to 75% off designer and your favorite brands, you might as well knock most of your Christmas shopping off your list here! Where you need to shop at the Fashion Outlets Niagara Falls, USA Saks Off 5th My absolute favorite store in this outlet has to be Saks Off 5th! We actually do have a Saks Off 5th here in Canada. But we definitely DO NOT have these prices. I literally need to contain myself in this store because I could spend Qais’ whole pay cheque here, lol! If you are looking to do some serious damage, then this is your store. Firstly, let me just start off saying that I got a pair of Rag and Bone jeans here for $99. And these jeans regularly sold for $215! Crazy, I know. I also bought a pair of Dolce Vita platforms here in the Summer for only $16 – and they’re normally over $100 shoes. So if you’re looking for designer items, bags,…

Fall Feels with Tularosa x Revolve

(full blog post on this look below coming next week!) Dress: Tularosa (tts and oversized fit!) | Jacket: Tularosa (tts and so warm!) | Shoes: Aldo | Purse: Forever 21 (similar) | Hat: H&M If only Fall could last just a little bit longer! The crisp air, the changing leaves and all the cozy turtlenecks and fuzzy bear jackets make Fall one of my favorite seasons. I love lots and lots of texture in the Fall and nothing beats a thick, warm and super chic turtleneck dress to do the trick! I mean this turtleneck dress is seriously a game changer in the world of turtlenecks. It’s incredibly soft, super warm, and the slit just adds that bit of flirt it needs! I love it paired with sock booties and it would be so cute with a belt to create more shape. If you’re in the market for a WARM dress for Fall into Winter. Then girrrrl, this is your dress! And if you’re into fuzzy bear jackets. Then girrrl, this is your jacket too! Fuzzy jackets can sometimes give your body a bulky shape. But, this Tularosa jacket is seriously cut perfectly and doesn’t give you that majorly oversized look! And is it ever warm too!! I know I say this a lot. But, I actually cannot take this jacket off! I mean it’s so soft and the colour goes with everything in my closet! AND, best part yet… is that both of these Tularosa pieces are 20% off along with everything…
