Living in a cold climate means you need to be well equipped with a few good pairs of jackets. I, for one, love to have a solid collection of jackets to rotate in my wardrobe depending on the temperature and where I’m going. One hot trend that has being lasting for a few years now is the military jacket. The military jacket is such a versatile piece and can easily be dressed up or down!

When I saw this jacket from MM Vintage I just knew I had to have it. I completely fell in love with the meticulous attention to detail and how unique this jacket was. The sleeves are beautiful with the bold black embroidery and the gold sequins that really add a little sparkle, but not too much. And the hood is amazing! It’s big to hide good hair days from bad weather and will definitely keep you dry. Also, the faux leather detailing on the chest and on the pockets really add to the whole look!

Overall, I have to say this military jacket is a total score. I’ve been literally wearing it everywhere non-stop and can definitely say the quality is right on point. If you are a fan of embroidered pieces you need to check out MM Vintage, you will be just obsessed as I am! And don’t forget to use code ‘Lauren10’ to save 10% off your purchase at MM Vintage!

Also, I got this super-duper-I-can’t-believe-it’s-this-short mini skirt from Romwe. Now to be truthful it’s just a tad to short for my liking. I’ve been dying to add a denim skirt into my Winter collection and totally loved the wash on this particular one. When I received it was I was shocked to see how short it really was. Now, this is totally my fault. I should have measured the length of the skirt beforehand, but I didn’t.

But, I have to say it’s a well made skirt. If you are shorter then me (I’m 5″5) then it will probably be the perfect mini skirt length. It’s really cute and can easily be paired with multiple pieces in your closet. I just wish it was a couple of inches longer so I can rock it with more outfits. Luckily, the back of the skirt is about 3 to 4 inches longer then the front so my rear was covered!

So if your shorter, or just like super mini skirts you can shop this cute mini denim skirt here.

Happy shopping!

(PS.. Do not mind my massively grown in roots. I’m getting my hair coloured tomorrow. It’s long overdue!)

Thank you to MM Vintage and Romwe for collaborating with me on this post.
