Spring Must: The Perfect Denim Skirt (under $50!)

Happy #humpday friends! Today’s post is all about the one thing that every single girl has in her closet. That thing is denim! Incase you’ve been living under a rock for the past few seasons, denim has been a major trend! From denim on denim, distressed denim, 90’s inspired denim and denim accessories. Pretty much everything has been made in denim!

And I have to say I’m pretty happy about this denim trend. I am a HUGE fan of denim skirts. Basically I used to live in denim skirts all throughout high school until they were #solastyear. Do you remember how everyone used to wear Abercrombie and Hollister denim skirts with a polo (that was me and I thought I was so cool lol).

Anyways, when I saw this distressed denim skirt from Missguided I was sooooo excited! Firstly, it’s white and white denim and me are two peas in a pod. And secondly, it was distressed and the perfect pencil skirt length. It truly was love at first sight. I couldn’t stop thinking of all the ways I could style this cute little number all Spring and Summer long. So when the temperatures hit 15 degrees Celsius this past Sunday I knew exactly what I was wearing!

I just love the versatility of denim skirts and so many of them are waaaaay cooler then those throwback Hollister denim skirts. BTW, I haven’t shopped at Abercrombie or Hollister lately so I don’t mean to be throwing shade and I totally respect their denim! In fact, I’ll probably even check them out online after writing this post cause I am curious on what their denim skirts look like now. Who knows maybe I’ll end up with some more denim skirts from them!
