So recently I asked on my Instagram stories what topics regarding motherhood were you guys most interested in me writing about. And honestly, I got a lot of HOW DO INFLUENCERS DO IT ALL? or HOW ARE YOU MANAGING WORKING AND MAMAHOOD?! And as I sit here with Poppy on my lap, smashing my keyboard, clicking my mouse and just generally causing chaos, I’m going to spill all. the. beans. on how I manage both motherhood and running my business full-time. Okay so, what’s the secret to all these mama influencers who run a business, do their wifely duties and be a mama without missing a beat? Well, honestly… A nanny lol. 9 Things I Wish I Knew About Motherhood 9 Months Ago!

Okay, so Poppy will be 9 months on June 5th. And as the saying goes, time truly does fly once your baby is earthside. I honestly felt like 9 months pregnant felt like an eternity. Now I’m 9 months into motherhood and oddly enough felt like reflecting at Poppy’s 9 month mark. Reflecting on my past 9 months as a mother, Poppy’s past 9 months as a baby and reflecting on things I wish I knew or things I wish I was told. Which is why I wanted to write a blog post hoping that another new mama would stumble upon it to help prepare her for what motherhood is actually like besides what you see when scrolling on Instagram. Ikea Bedroom Update

Finally, a bedroom refresh for the hubs and I! After spending the last few months working on baby girls nursery, my office and painting the house, it feels so nice to make our master bedroom a relaxing and inviting space. We knew we wanted to upgrade our room but we also had a budget in mind. So, we headed online to Ikea to spruce up our room on a budget!
